RevSpring announces the availability of a tool to assist collection agencies comply with the City of Chicago ordinance that took effect on July 1.

This flexible service enables clients to receive a PDF of all communications sent to specified ZIP codes or cities. As required by the ordinance, the files are searchable by numerous fields.

Alternatively, for agencies not licensed in Chicago or who are waiting to receive their license, all correspondence can be blocked by ZIP code or city.
