DEERFIELD BEACH, FL – CenterOne Financial Services LLC (CenterOne), a subsidiary of World Omni Financial Corp. (WOFC), has acquired MarketWise Solutions, Inc., a leading automotive remarketing services company. The acquisition allows the company to expand and enhance its product offering in the automotive servicing industry.

MarketWise Solutions, Inc., founded in 1997, is dedicated to providing “best-in-class” end of term management, recovery and remarketing management and sales and leadership training to auto manufacturers, captive and non-captive finance companies, banks, other financial institutions and rental car companies.
