With features that were refined based on stringent requirements from leading catalog and online retailer Fingerhut Direct Marketing Inc., CoreCOLLECT’s advanced queuing and reporting capabilities enable the automation, tracking and constant optimization of collections activities undertaken by in-house collections teams in real-time. Additionally, its unique unlimited hierarchy capability allows credit grantors to manage and optimize an unlimited number of outsourced collections agency relationships. Developed using CoreCard’s innovative CoreENGINE™ universal lending and credit transaction processing software platform, CoreCOLLECT offers credit grantors a scalable, flexible collections processing application that can be deployed, customized and operated at a lower total cost of ownership than UNIX or mainframe-based applications. CoreCOLLECT’s open architecture enables ease of integration with third-party applications such as interactive voice response systems, predictive dialers and payment gateways, etc. The application operates in a Windows environment on Intel-based commodity servers with Microsoft Sequel Server.
