RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA – Finance Express, LLC, which operates the first online auto finance platform specifically designed for the independent dealer, today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Global Credit Services, Inc., an auto technology company located in Orange County, California. The acquisition will provide new enhancements to the existing FEX system by incorporating a CRM program, inventory uploading and Buy Here Pay Here capability. Most of the features will be introduced to current Finance Express dealers before the end of next month.
