CHICAGO – The Opus Suite Performance Management Analytics software from Operational Performance Management company Opus Group has won a 2005 Product of the Year Award from CallCenter Magazine, the preeminent contact-center technology magazine published by CMP Media. CallCenter’s staff of in-house expert writers and editors bestows Product of the Year Awards to companies that “exhibit superior innovation, dedication and the pursuit of excellence in providing products and services for the Call Center market.”
“In the last year, our editors reviewed, met with, and wrote about hundreds of products. Only eight products were selected for 2005 Product of the Year Awards,” said Ruthann Fisher, Director of CMP Media Call Center Group.
