Arrow Financial Services Announces the Hiring of Steve Wilansky

Arrow Financial Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Wilansky as VP of Outsourcing and Legal Recovery. Steve is a graduate of Cornell University and received his law degree at George Washington University. He will be responsible for managing compliance issues and the collection performance for Arrow’s outsource division.
