CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – MortgageHub, a mortgage industry Web services platform provider that offers Internet-based systems for wholesale, retail and servicing industries, has launched its new Web site which features easier navigation and more detailed product information on current and new packaged solutions. In addition, site visitors who request information or demonstrations by using the re-engineered “Contact Us” request form will receive immediate feedback to their request through an automated tracking system.

The MortgageHub Web site was reconstructed with several audiences in mind, including retail Internet lenders, direct to consumer Internet lenders, wholesale Internet lenders and loan servicers. Each audience can click on a link that takes them to a Web page containing information geared toward the information they may need about the technology, products or services specifically related to their needs. After months of thorough planning, the launch of MortgageHub’s redesigned Web site shows the company’s commitment to improve the services it offers.

“Technology is constantly pushing companies to provide the best and we want to meet that challenge from every aspect of our business,” said Chetan Patel, co-founder of MortgageHub. “A more user friendly Web site as well as more detailed information about our products and services make it possible for us to continue to build on our image in the mortgage industry and offer a glimpse of who we are as a company and what we’re capable of providing.”

The site also offers links to white papers, news articles and a client listing for MortgageHub.

“Our new Web site is informative and interactive and contains information about our company and details about product and service offerings that are pertinent to each audience,” said Jill Gaddis, vice president of sales and marketing. “The Web site features easy-to-access information about our history, our technology and our management team. This should enable potential prospects or business partners to gain a clear picture of who we are and what we have to offer.”

In addition, a new Contact Us form on the Web site automatically uploads to MortgageHub’s contact management software, which will ensure timely follow up on requests for information or a product demonstration.
