Christensen and Associates, Inc., a well recognized national collection agency based out of Sauk Rapids, MN.

Michael Ryalls: Michael has over 15 years in the credit and collections industry having held high-level executive positions with several banks and finance companies. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the operations side of collections by personally starting and growing four separate operations units for start-up ventures. The last, for the First National Bank of Marin, grew to over 400 employees in 3 years. He has also consulted in the areas of charge-off management to banks and has spent the last 3 years working directly for a top-30 collection agency selling to the financial services sector.


Paul Gauerke: Paul has over 17 years in the industry, started his career in commercial banking as a loan officer. After working on the lending side for over 4 years he eventually brought his in-depth financial services knowledge to a top tier collection agency where he focused on marketing and sales. Paul was quickly promoted to Sr. Vice President where he was responsible for the company?s entire marketing, sales, and client service effort including executive level representation and staff management. Paul earned his MBA in 1998 from St. Cloud State University.

Steve Sumner to provide legal collection work and any necessary litigation on files referred to RGS. With client approval, RGS can forward accounts to Mr. Sumner?s office for a wide range of legal collection services. Mr. Sumner has been practicing law for over 30 years with personnel dedicated exclusively to collection work for RGS clients.


Early-Out/Collect to Cure: RGS Financial has a specialized team in place to handle any Early-Out or ?Collect to Cure,? programs.
