Attorneys for traders of options in Fannie Mae’s stock filed a class-action lawsuit against the mortgage giant Friday.

The complaint alleges Fannie Mae and its top executives broke securities laws by misrepresenting the troubled company’s financial condition.


The Washington, D.C.-based housing financer is already facing numerous lawsuits from investors who claim the company’s former management team was dishonest about the company’s financials.
