KENNESAW, GA ? NCI, one of the largest accounts receivable management companies in the United States, announced that its Vestal, NY site has been named a recipient of the Empire State Silver Award for achieving excellence in business.


New York State officials will honor NCI and others on May 5th, 2004 at The Empire State Advantage?s annual ?Excellence at Work? conference and recognition luncheon in Albany, NY. The Empire State Silver award is given to organizations like NCI that have effective management systems and work processes in place and have developed methods to continually improve these over time.


NCI, one of over twenty organizations considered this year, participated in a six-month evaluation process. A team of business experts from across New York State evaluated NCI?s customer service, operational procedures, policies, results and teamwork before recommending the award. Over its twelve-year history only 40 companies have won this award. NCI can now be added to this prominent list.
