Kennedy also stated, “Certegy will continue to maintain a strong presence in the Atlanta area.” Certegy’s global software and development group, corporate accounting, treasury, tax, human resources support and other administrative functions (over 150 positions in total) will remain at the Alpharetta location, the site of the company’s corporate headquarters since 2001.
