Domestic and foreign banks eased lending standards and credit terms for commercial, industrial and big real estate loans over the past three months, a Federal Reserve survey released Monday has found.
The Fed said a quarter of the domestic banks surveyed reported easing their standards for commercial and industrial loans sought by large and medium-sized firms, while 13 percent said they eased their standards for small companies.
