With President Bush?s signing into law the new bankruptcy reform bill, Resource Management Services, Inc. is proud to present three regional forums – “Bankruptcy Educational Forums for Creditors.”
Come learn from the nation?s most knowledgeable professionals how the newly passed, critically important bankruptcy legislation will dramatically affect secured and unsecured credit grantors beginning this fall. The content of these forums will include a general overview of the new law by Sam Gerdano, Executive Director of the American Bankruptcy Institute (June 2nd only). Nationally recognized experts Henry Hildebrand, Chapter 13 Trustee, and Richardo Kilpatrick, creditor attorney and former President of ABI, will jointly discuss this revolutionary new law in detail, from a consumer creditor’s point of view. In the afternoon, Operational Procedures and Impact on Results will dominate the discussion in two simultaneous separate sessions for secured and unsecured creditors. The secured track will be led by Hilary Bonial of Brice, Vander Linden & Wernick. The unsecured track will be led by William Weinstein of Weinstein & Riley.
Please join us in Dallas, TX on June 2, 2005; Philadelphia, PA on June 22, 2005; or Los Angeles, CA July 28, 2005 for one of these important, timely, and informative sessions.
