DULUTH, GA – Portfolio Inventory Management Systems (PIMS) will introduce Pimsware, its enterprise version collection software, on July 20-23, 2005, at the Association of Credit and Collections Professionals 66th annual convention and exposition in Washington, D.C.

PIMS provides the collection software solution to debt buyers, collection agencies, agency managers, and collection attorneys with its efficient and cost effective collection system. Pimsware is a web-based collection system, designed with the flexibility to customize the system to the specifications of each client. We make use of the latest technologies to deploy our solutions. We support Windows 2003 and IIS 6.0 for the front end application and Microsoft’s SQL Server for all of our backend database needs.


Pimsware is interfaced with several letter and skip vendors, outfitted to accept credit card and ACH payments, includes the ability to attached scanned documents to an account, and is auto dialer and voice over IP enabled. Reporting is equipped with OLAP technology, which provides a truly analytical, friendly to navigate click and drag method of creating reports on the fly, and also includes a built-in tool to produce portfolio stratification reports.
