I.C. System Names Peter Buggeln Senior Vice President

St. Paul, MN — I.C. System has named Peter Buggeln Senior Vice President of its Commercial Business Unit. Mr. Buggeln is responsible for managing all of the company?s commercial operations, implementing portfolio development strategies, and growing the commercial client base. Mr. Buggeln will be based out of I.C. System?s commercial branch office, Adams, Cooper & Marks, located in Boca Raton, Florida. As Senior Vice President, he will also be a member of I.C. System?s Executive Management Team. Mr. Buggeln brings a wealth of experience within commercial collections to his new role. He has held management-level positions in the industry and has been involved in all aspects of the collections business, including operations and sales. Most recently, Mr. Buggeln worked for one of the largest agencies in the nation and was responsible for nine commercial locations.
