Information Access Technology (IAT) and Accurate Computer Technology (ACT) announce that they have partnered to create a Real-Time Integration (RTI) between CUBS Host Collection Software and IAT?s CT Center Predictive Dialing (PD) and Interactive Communication (IC) Systems.


ACT?s Real-Time Integration between CT Center and CUBS makes it possible for collectors to update accounts in real-time. They will know if recent action was taken on an account, because dialer results such as no-answers, busies and payment information, are sent back to the Host in real-time, as they occur.


One of the key features in the development of the RTI was the ability to integrate with CT Center?s IC module. It allows debtors to dial-in, query their account directly via the phone keypad and make payments by check or credit card completely unattended. This new capability provides CUBS and IAT clients with true 24/7 access.

With RTI for Predictive Dialing, if a called party asks a collector to call back later in the day, the collector doesn?t have to manually dial the follow-up call. RTI takes the call results the collectors enters, and adds them to the time list. RTI automatically checks to see if there are any timed accounts ready to be dialed.
