San Francisco, CA – Imperial Collection Service (ICS) has expanded operations by opening its? first satellite office in Reno, Nevada. The new office will eventually accommodate an additional 90 collectors in order to respond to growing demand from both new and existing clients.

Imperial’s Concord, CA office still functions as the headquarters for the bulk of the companies 150 employees. But ICS?s Reno office, open since June, is ready and equipped for up to 90 new collectors that the company expects to hire within the coming year.


Glenn Daniels began Imperial Collection Service (www.imperialcollections.com) in 1992 with one employee and $2,000 in start-up capital. He and Craig Depretto, ICS?s C.O.O. of 11 years, now have over 40 years combined collection experience. The company specializes in the recovery of late stage, consumer debt for major US credit grantors.
