RICHARDSON, TX – IEX Corporation, a Tekelec company and leading global provider of workforce management and optimization technology, today announced the recipients of its IEXcellence Award winners. IEXcellence recipients were recognized at the 11th Annual TotalView User Conference held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown Dallas April 11-14.

At the conference, Performance Improvement awards were presented to John H. Harland Company for multisite operations and Target Corporation for single site operations. Best Practice Awards were given to Convergys Corporation, Optum Inc. and SITEL Corporation.
