Ontario Systems Names Vice President for Application Development

Ontario Corp., a privately held family of technology companies, announces the election of Steven M. Gerow as vice president, application development for its wholly owned subsidiary, Ontario Systems. The announcement was made jointly by Kelly N. Stanley, president and chief executive officer of Ontario Corp., and Wilbur R. Davis, president of Ontario Systems. Gerow, as vice president, application development of Ontario Systems, assumes executive management responsibilities for all Ontario Systems application software development including product development, quality assurance, and application development across all software product lines.

Gerow has served Ontario Systems as senior systems analyst, manager of vendor systems, director of development, and strategic marketing manager. He brings to the position an extensive professional background in engineering, software research, software analysis and design as well as project management. Gerow earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.

Prior to joining Ontario Systems, Gerow served Aeroforge Corporation as a senior programmer, software analyst, and management information systems director. In addition, Gerow served Ontario Forge Corporation in several data processing positions including senior programmer. Gerow has also served as a Research Scientist at Battelle Ocean Sciences and as an engineering applications technologist for Phillips Petroleum Company. Wilbur R.
