American Express and USAA Federal Savings Bank struck a new accord that will allow USAA to issue a co-branded credit card that will be accepted wherever American Express is accepted.
San Antonio-based USAA will begin issuing the cards during the second quarter of 2006, and will release details on specific products at that time.
