Frost-Arnett Company Chooses CR Software, to Synchronize Collection Efforts

(CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide Frost-Arnett Company, a leader in accounts receivable management and collections, the CRS Mercury Predictive Dialer and CRS Collection Resource System, Platinum Version products to run the company?s entire operations in seven locations nation-wide.

The CRS Mercury Predictive Dialer is an integrated, real-time, on-line predictive dialing system that works seamlessly with CRS to create a fully integrated and automated collections software package and the CRS Collection Resource System, Platinum Version software is designed for high-end debt recovery businesses and automates the fundamental, yet most important functions of a collection operation from new business data entry through month end processing.

Over the past 20 years, Frost-Arnett has deployed a proprietary collection package, which has served the needs of the company well. ?When we first deployed it, we were way ahead of the curve.
