Sean O?Toole Joins Creditor?s Law Firm of Javitch, Block, Eisen & Rathbone

Sean O?Toole has joined the creditor?s law firm of Javitch, Block, Eisen & Rathbone (JBER) as an associate. His areas of concentration are creditor?s rights, landlord/tenant law and commercial litigation. He had two years of experience in creditor?s rights law before joining JBER.

O?Toole earned his law degree at Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1998 and passed the Ohio Bar later that year. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University in 1995. O?Toole is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio and all other Ohio state courts.

A Cleveland area native, he is a graduate of North Olmsted High School and now lives in Lakewood.
