St. Louis, MO ? Outsourcing Solutions Inc. (OSI) announced the selection of Kevin Lindauer to the position of vice-president ? operations strategy and Patrick O?Hara to the position of vice-president ? operations practices.
Jeff Wahl, executive vice president ? operations and specialty services created a small staff organization, which includes Lindauer, O?Hara and the recently announced appointment of Dan Olson, vice-president ? operations quality. (Olson will lead efforts to instill Six Sigma components that apply to collections.) All three positions will report to Wahl. ?The new positions will be aligned horizontally across the current vertical organization structure of OSI industry groups, thereby creating a new process aligned structure,? says Wahl.
Lindauer?s responsibilities include creating operations strategy in areas such as state of the art scoring and segmentation, treatments and performance, planning capacity, and reporting and analysis. He brings to OSI a 16-year impressive track record including four years as director of collections and two years as director of sales and service operations.
O?Hara will apply skills obtained during his distinguished 12 year career to focus on executing collection strategies as they relate to dialer utilization and technology, measurement of collections efficiency and effectiveness as well as call compliance with standards. O?Hara will utilize his extensive collections training experience to partner with staff functions in skill-based training and performance management.
