The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) convened its first-ever international conference here today. More than 450 members of the retail collections community will be in the city over the next three days for professional education and networking.
“As cross-border business increases, it is crucial to have ties with our counterparts in Canada. This meeting will bring together U.S. and Canadian attorneys to discuss common issues of interest. Facilitating cross-border relationships is an ideal role for NARCA,” said Adam Olshan, NARCA President.
NARCA’s Fall Collection Conference includes educational tracks for U.S. attorneys, Canadian attorneys, and credit granting entities, plus general sessions of value to all three groups. The association will hold its annual business meeting and Board of Director elections during the conference on Friday, October 25. NARCA’s Exhibit Hall will also be showcasing leading providers of goods and services for retail collection law firms over the three days. The conference ends Saturday, October 26.
