H-Cube announced that it has changed its name to Zenta and integrated the operations of its three subsidiaries to create one of the world’s leading business and knowledge process outsourcing companies. Under the new Zenta brand, the company will offer its customers a broad array of services based on a high level of integration throughout its operational centers of excellence.

H-Cube was formed in January 2005 through a partnership between Henry Hortenstine and GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, one of the nation’s leading private equity firms, to create a world class business and knowledge process outsourcing company. As part of this strategy, H-Cube acquired Zenta, Inc., Global Realty Outsourcing, Inc., and Blackheath Financial, Inc., all of which specialized in providing BPO and KPO services to the real estate and financial services industries. The new Zenta will integrate these three companies under a single brand to offer its customers an integrated suite of services. In addition, the company has consolidated its human resources, finance and infrastructure support organizations.

"We had three objectives as we integrated our acquisitions," said Mr. Hortenstine, chief executive officer of Zenta. "First, to provide ‘one stop shopping’ for our clients. Second, to improve our backup, recovery and business continuity capabilities by leveraging our multiple operations centers in Mumbai and Chennai. Third, to achieve scale economies and operational efficiencies. Our new name is indicative of the progress we’ve made in these initiatives."

Jack Freker, Zenta’s president and chief operating officer, commented:"The realignment of our services under the Zenta brand reflects our vision of building a world-class business and knowledge process outsourcing company focused on the financial services and real estate industries. With a single, unified company, we can offer our customers a broad array of integrated services from our operations centers around the globe. Zenta’s sophisticated capabilities, our deep domain expertise in financial services, real estate and consumer credit, and our onshore/offshore model distinguishes us from traditional BPO providers and helps position us for stronger growth and profitability."

Richard E. Brown, senior vice president of real estate operations for Developers Diversified Realty, said, "I am a firm believer in knowledge process outsourcing, and am very pleased with our relationship with Zenta and the work we do together. Over time, I believe there will be more opportunities for KPO as the industry continues to grow, creating more of a demand to outsource business critical processes."

Founded in 2000, Zenta offers a full range of back-office, voice and on-site support solutions such as credit card servicing, consumer lending servicing, accounts receivable management, mortgage servicing and real estate capital market analytics in the following verticals: commercial and residential real estate, consumer credit, insurance and financial services and diversified business services. The company currently employs more than 5,000 staff in New York; Los Angeles; London; Mumbai and Chennai, India; Philadelphia, PA and Charlotte, NC.
