Canadian Collection Agency Ownership Changes Hands

A group led by Aaron Taylor, President and CEO of Collect Com Credit (?CCC?), announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of CCC. Other management participants in the deal include Elliott Ocopnick, C.A., CFO and Alex Warren, Director Operations.

The former principals, Naresh and Manju Jain will consult for CCC through any transition periods.

?CCC provides us with a sound base operation which will allow us to grow with the Canadian and US markets over the next several years? said Aaron Taylor.

CCC has been in operation for 14 years and currently provides third party accounts receivable management services to Canadian Banks, retailers, utility and leasing companies. The company plans to expand its offerings to the North American market in traditional receivables management, debt purchasing and outsourcing projects.
