Global Software Services, Inc. Releases Latitude Version 4

Jacksonville, FL ? Global Software, Inc., announces the release of Latitude Version 4, the company’s premier debt collection software. This robust system has been greatly expanded to include several new features that support a wider range of collection activity. New legal forms are specifically designed to support collection law firms or any agencies that manage accounts within the legal process. Latitude will store case, court, debtor attorney, judgement and garnishment information, which may be easily merged into letters to create legal correspondence. In addition, the legal accounting module will track all legal charges, court costs, attorney fees, etc. and apply monies to each area as needed.

Latitude Version 4 introduces new letter and business entry modules that have been completely redesigned using the latest .NET technology. The letters module allows agencies to automatically store images of each letter sent, copy customers and send letters via email or fax. Saved letter images may be reviewed or printed whenever necessary. Custom letters may be created for specific customers or groups of customers. Each letter can be customized on-the-fly during collection activity for sending to debtors, attorneys, and/or customers.

New business entry has been redesigned to include several new input areas to capture additional debtor information. Settings can be saved by customer, creating a customized entry form based on each customer’s needs. Account cloning allows quick entry for new accounts containing redundant information. A duplicate debtor SSN automatically prompts for account linking, allowing agencies to track multiple monies due by debtors from one screen.

This new version also includes a new, updated work form. Debtor ‘tabs’ allow agencies to store almost unlimited information for multiple responsible parties on all accounts. Quick access buttons allow collectors to review recent accounts with one mouse-click.
