Noble Systems gives ACI a single, integrated solution to manage blended inbound and outbound contacts, with multimedia capabilities for email services. The unified system is Voice-over-IP enabled, and includes a built-in database, digital call recording and archiving, DNC List management, a real-time report server to consolidate data for multiple sites, and development and replication environments.
