Gogel brings to OSI an extensive background in the energy industry spanning 20 years. Prior to joining OSI, Gogel lead research and consulting as the Managing Director for the Utility Customer Care service of Platts Research and Consulting. She also served as director of Pacific Gas and Electric’s (PG&E) largest call center in Sacramento, California. Under Gogel?s leadership, the call center was recognized as a best-practice operation by an independent third-party assessment. Before PG&E, she managed call centers, meter reading, and credit and collections for Public Service Electric and Gas in New Jersey.
