Goldman Sachs has bought a bad debt specialist bank in Germany as a base to establish a bigger business in this area, the investment bank said on Monday.


Goldmans said it had bought Delmora Bank — set up to restructure bad loans from SchmidtBank — from the Federal Association of German Banks.
