Ontario Systems announced today that it is offering a free version of the CheckWriter product to its entire client base. The CheckWriter module, which integrates with Ontario Systems? Artiva, FACS and CT Vision products, enables account representatives to obtain checking account information and print checks in-house.

The CheckWriter product is seamlessly integrated with Ontario Systems? products and allows immediate bank verification. This minimizes data entry and eliminates turnaround time since there is no wait for a customer to mail a check.
Ontario Systems? clients recently were mailed a CheckWriter tutorial CD-ROM that walks them through the functionality of the product and highlights some of the product?s features.

To take advantage of this opportunity, clients should call their Ontario Systems? sales representative at 800.283.3227. Upon installation, they will receive a 60-day trial period with 100 free transactions. Once through the free transactions or at the end of 60 days, clients can keep the product and only pay a nominal fee for additional transactions and the bank routing file.
