Sentinel Development Solutions (SDS), provider of eCollections™ and eCollectionsASP™, has added Steven W. Tomson to its organization as President and CEO. SDS Chairman, George Watson states, ?Steve joins us with nearly two decades of proven experience providing technology to the financial services industry?. Tomson arrives at SDS having most recently served in a senior management role for a leading systems provider in the banking and credit union segment. Also, he previously served as President and COO of the then publicly traded Peerless Group, Inc. He will be assuming the responsibilities that Watson previously occupied, while Watson retains his position as Chairman.

Through the eCollections suite, Sentinel delivers Microsoft Windows compliant debt collection software for debt buyers, collection agencies and consumer/commercial credit issuers. The collection applications can be operated via a turnkey, in-house solution or outsourced, over an Internet ASP.

?It is with much excitement that I pursue this tremendous opportunity with Sentinel. While the general economy continues to struggle, I see strong possibilities for our industry vertical and Sentinel in particular. It is our belief that through our core products, the web enabled eCollectionsASP™ and client/server eCollections™, we offer the tools and services necessary to address the growing needs of our marketplace?, says Tomson.

In addition, Chairman Watson is also announcing the promotion of Tim Cain from Executive Vice President to Chief Operating Officer. ?Tim has been the architect of our technology and the cornerstone of our operations group. I am confident that we have assembled a strong team on which to build for the future?.
