SALT LAKE CITY, UT ? IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the collection industry, banks, credit unions, law firms and related financial markets, will hold its Annual User Conference Sept. 15-17 at the Prime Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. Attendees will be privileged to hear Harry Strausser III, ACA International President, give the keynote address. He will be present and actively participating throughout the Conference. Strausser is also President of Remit Corporation, a highly successful and growing collection agency with offices in Bloomsburg, PA, and Rock Hill, SC. Remit Corporation has been an IAT client since Jan.1999, and recently upgraded to their newest product offering, CT Center. Strausser will be joined by Dwayne Heisler, Remit?s V.P. of Operations. Heisler is a certified ACA International Instructor, who also will actively participate in the IAT Conference.
The Conference theme, ?Get Direction,? reflects new product call-routing features as well as the objective: to direct attendees toward greater success by skillfully using the latest advancements in IAT?s CT Center Predictive Dialing and Interactive Communications system.
?Attendees at past Conferences say that one of the most valuable aspects of the Conference is the opportunity to network with other users and learn how they use IAT technology to their best advantage,? said Marti Lythgoe, Marketing manager. ?We are excited to show off our latest product features and help users become proficient in using them.? This year?s Conference attendees will be able to share ideas with a large percentage of IAT?s CT Center users. In sessions and on panels, more than 24 clients have been invited to participate, assisted by IAT staff members. Nine IAT vendor partners are exhibiting.
CT Center customers and prospective customers from across the US and Canada can choose to participate in sessions that focus on smart business principles, introduce them to new system features, or give them training in specific areas of system operation. Attendees will be the first to receive the new CT Center 4.0 Upgrade disk and will be introduced to CT Impact, IAT?s new ASP model. Round-table and panel discussions will provide attendees with specific opportunities to network and share ideas. Attendees can also sign up for one-on-one time with IAT staff members.
