Sales of existing homes fell by 0.1 percent in January, but still ran at the seventh highest pace on record, a trade association reported on Friday.
Sales of previously owned homes declined to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.80 million units last month. Starting in January, the figure includes both single family homes and condominiums following a benchmark revision and change in the group’s methodology.
