AIC?s Quality Manager, Tony McCutcheon commented ?AIC?s commitment to the ISO 9001:2000 standard is one expression of our commitment to quality and continuous improvement delivered to all our customers. It is also the result of many years of careful planning and development to create a system of constant quality assurance reviews for all company functions, with particular attention to collection, trace and complaint management procedures.
