Montgomery County commissioners approved a new contract Thursday to track down debtors and collect fines and other bills owed to the county criminal courts.

For the next three years, Accounts Recovery Bureau Inc. again will be responsible for rounding up the millions of dollars owed in fines, costs and restitution, Clerk of Courts Jane Markley said.
