Woolworths, one of Africa?s largest fashion retailers, is celebrating their 10th anniversary of implementing TRIADTM adaptive control system today.


Woolworths Financial Services is the financial services division of Woolworths, a major South African home, food and clothing retailer, with more than 200 stores countrywide. Woolworths Financial Services provides credit through their flagship private label Woolworths card that allows consumers to purchase Woolworths goods and services on credit.


TRIAD adaptive control system, from Fair Isaac Corporation, is the world?s leading account and customer management system and is used by more than 280 portfolios worldwide to make more than 44 billion account and customer decisions annually. The TRIAD system combines predictive analytics, decision-making software and expert strategy consulting to automate and improve credit and customer management decisions for lenders.


Woolworths, PIC Solutions and Fair Isaac personnel will commemorate this landmark event at a TRIAD Ten Years Anniversary Lunch in Cape Town.
