Engaged employees produce the highest earnings
Year after year the world's leaders in employee research find that engaged employees produce better results, remain loyal, are better teammates, and ultimately, create higher earnings for the company.
Who engages employees? Their supervisors! Let's help your leaders become superstars. Taught in the language of collections, by collectors.
How do we create Superstars?
Creating Superstar Supervisors is an affordable yet top-notch four-course program for supervisors and managers that includes:
- 4 web-based self assessments
- 4 online Virtual Learning Labs
- testing after each lab session
- follow-up to help supervisors to implement what they've learned
There is no travel and there are no full days off the collection floor. Complete the program at your own pace within a 4-8 week period - it requires just a few hours per week at most.
At the close of each learning lab, participants will receive a link to an online test and session satisfaction survey. The test will be scored and results will be emailed to participants including their accompanying grade, certificate of completion, and materials for the next course. Materials are engaging and easy to follow. This is not your run of the mill training program!
Classes are in session!
Price - $599*
For the first participant. Additional participants from the same company receive an incredible 60% discount. Sign up as many students as you'd like for only $239 each. This is an incredible deal for four courses.
At the end of the four courses, participants will take an 80-question final exam. This final exam is designed to check for retention and understanding. Participants who score at least 85% will receive an official Creating Superstar Supervisors diploma. Those who fall below the mark will be allowed to retake the final exam for a $30 fee, but must wait 30 days.
The Learning Continues
What separates Creating Superstar Supervisors from other webinar-based programs is that the training and education process doesn’t stop when the last session is over.
During the two months that follow the final exam, attendees will receive additional worksheets, exercises, and challenges for increasing the likelihood that new knowledge transfers into new skills and abilities on the collection floor.
The program is taught by five highly-qualified credit & collection professionals who have been there, done that, and have the T-shirt to prove it.

Overview
Do your employees think you’re a micromanager? If so, that might indicate there is a low-level of trust manifesting in your collection center. And that’s bad for employee and employer alike. In fact, leadership expert Stephen M.R. Covey wrote a book on the subject of trust and believes that trust is “the one thing that changes everything.” Unfortunately, the 2007-2008 Towers Perrin study found that only 38% of employees believe that management communicates openly and honestly. Clearly trust isn’t as easy to maintain as it may appear.
This session provides participants with insight on the dimensions of trust-related behaviors and how those behaviors impact workplace relationships and employee performance. By considering the level of trust that is evident in the relationships with your employees, as well as some of the reasons behind that trust (or lack thereof), you will develop a deeper understanding of four key categories of trust and how to build it with your employees.

Overview
Every superhero has a super power that he or she must embrace to save the day. For supervisors that super power is called leadership style and unmasking that style is critical to saving the day for the company and for employees.
In this session you will discover your preference for using one of four leadership styles. You will also gain insight into the unique characteristics of each style, and learn ways to adapt or "flex" your style to improve your ability to lead and influence others. The four behavioral patterns we focus on are based on the proven personality theories of William M. Marston and Carl Jung, and include: Direct, Spirited, Considerate, and Systematic.

Overview
Renowned leadership icon, Ken Blanchard, makes the point that employees will only be engaged as long as they believe their tomorrow is brighter (we call it "superior" to keep with our theme) than their today. As a supervisor it is your duty to help employees see that brighter future and through effective coaching that vision can become reality.
Effective coaches equate to stronger leaders, more motivated employees, improved morale, and better communication in the workplace. So what does it take to unlock this hidden power? While there are many skills and attributes of an effective coach, this session will cover five critical skills essential for success.
