Executive Change: John Ricketts Promoted at Legal & Trade Financial Services

Legal & Trade Financial Services Ltd (LTFS), a premier provider of debt collection services and business process outsourcing solutions in the United Kingdom, today announced the appointment of John Ricketts as the new Managing Director of LTFS.

The appointment was announced by Paul Mackin, the current Chief Executive, who is leaving LTFS at the end of October to take up a position as Managing Director of Everyday Financial Services, the financial services business for Littlewoods Shop Direct Group.

Paul Mackin said: "Having achieved much in the re-birth of Legal & Trade, I now feel that the time is right for me to move on in order to seek new challenges and I am delighted to be leaving the company in the capable hands of John Ricketts."

John Ricketts said: "I firmly believe that the foundations Paul has put in place over the past two years positions Legal & Trade well for the future. 1 am looking forward to taking the company to the next stage and delivering continued growth and further improvements in our performance levels."

John has over 20 years of experience in the financial services environment and has, particularly for the last 12 years, delivered dynamic sales growth in our key target marketplace. He assumes the position of Managing Director following 2 years with Legal & Trade as Sales & Marketing Director, prior to which he held senior positions with Robinson Way & Co Ltd, Infocheck Group, Experian and Dun & Bradstreet.
