According to the Jackson Sun of Jackson, TN, debt purchaser/collector Portfolio Recovery Associates (Nasdaq: PRAA) will be in town to gauge the labor pool for a potential call center that could employ up to 250 people.

The company told the Sun that they were looking at Jackson and Nashville in Tennessee to determine where a new call center should go. A corporate recruiter said that they will be taking resumes and applications to test the waters of the local labor pool.
