Executive Change: Sarah Davies to VantageScore

VantageScore Solutions, LLC, an intellectual property company whose VantageScore consumer scoring model has unparalleled predictiveness and can be uniformly applied to credit data from the three national credit reporting companies, announced today that Sarah F. Davies has been hired as a senior vice president to oversee the company's analytics and product management.
 
Ms. Davies, 41, has nearly 20 years of analytics and information sciences experience in various industries, including financial services. Most recently she oversaw analytics at IntelliRisk Management Corporation, one of the largest customer care and accounts receivable outsourcing companies in the U.S.

"The VantageScore model was created by senior analysts from the three national credit reporting companies and offers superior predictiveness because it is based on the most recently available credit data," said Barrett Burns, president and CEO. "We are committed to revalidating our model on an annual basis as new credit data becomes available and Sarah has the talent and experience to be entrusted with this critical and specialized effort. Sarah also will play a major role in helping us plan and execute our growth and expansion."

Prior to joining IntelliRisk Management, Ms. Davies was senior vice president of marketing at Advanta Financial Services, a leading provider of financial and business solutions for small to medium businesses. Ms. Davies also served as executive vice president of marketing services at Bank One's card products and was a principal at American Airlines' Sabre Decision Technologies, a leading analytics and logistics consulting firm for the travel industry.

Ms. Davies earned a Master of Science degree in operations research and statistics from Iowa State University, and a bachelor's degree in operations research and statistics from the University of Wales. Ms. Davies is a member of the Operations Research Society and holds several patents and copyrights on various analytical and risk management products.
