Collection Training Program Uses Sun Tzu's "Art of War"

Written during the 6th century BCE by Sun Tzu, The Art of War has had a long history as the text book for everything from military actions to political scheming (with a little help from Machiavelli).

Now, Sun Tzu's book military strategy and philosophy is being used to explain the world of revenue and payment collections.

As Alan Go, who has pioneered the program, explains, "One of the toughest battles in the business world is the challenge of protecting and defending receivables risks and collections risks. Revenue collections management is the most difficult, the least studied and the most often ignored strategic business area by many corporations and organizations."
