Why the name change from CollectionIndustry.com to insideARM.com?
For seven years, CollectionIndustry.com has served as an information and networking portal for the industry. But now, as credit and collections have evolved through extension of credit, consolidation, outsourcing, and debt sales, we felt that a name change would best capture the true spirit of the site and create a larger tent for those looking for information on the world of accounts receivable management.
Why am I asked to log in or register every time I visit the site or click a link in a newsletter?
insideARM requires the use of a "cookie" to log you in. Please make sure that your browser is set to allow cookies from insideARM. Note that this cookie is only used for the user's convenience and is not a "tracking cookie". If you have concerns about this, please have a look at our Privacy Policy.
I have a specific question/comment/suggestion. What is the best way to get in touch with you?
For technical inquiries we recommend that you use our online form. You can also obtain the email and phone contacts of a specific department in the contact us section.
How do I submit a press release?
We receive and review a large number of press releases every week. While all press releases are considered, we reserve the right to determine which ones get posted on insideARM.com. To submit your press release, send an email to the editor.
Do you provide a space where I can connect with other ARM industry professionals?
Our Discussion Forum is the best place for professionals in the Accounts Receivable Management industry to post questions, read answers, and build community. To access the forum, you will need to be registered as a Preferred Member (free). Discussions are largely unmoderated but we reserve the right to remove posts that go against the policies posted in each forum.
What is the best way to respond to a story that I read on the blog or newsletter?
Generally, editorial submissions are not accepted for publication. However, blog comments are welcomed and are posted automatically after the blog entry. You are also encouraged to contact the editor with your question or comment. If we decide to publish your piece, we reserve the right to post or not post your letter, and to edit your letter for length and clarity.
What is the difference between a Preferred, Premium and Strategic member?

How do I upgrade my membership?

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletters?
All insideARM subscriptions are free. You can add or remove subscriptions by visiting the 'Subscriptions' section in the Member Center. Select the subscriptions that you would like by checking the corresponding checkbox; to unsubscribe, simply un-check the checkbox and then click 'Update Your Profile' at the end.
Why am I not receiving newsletters that I had signed up for?
It is likely that your e-mail program is treating email from us as spam. To ensure that you receive all the newsletters you've signed up for, we recommend that you add the domain 'insideARM.com' among your email program's "safe sender" list and tell your company to "whitelist" the domain 'insidearm.com'. You can review our instructions for receiving emails to help you set this up. It is also possible that our email list provider has put your address on "hold" due to bounces. If you suspect this may be the problem, simply unsubscribe and then re-subscribe in the 'Subscriptions' section in the Member Center.
Why can't I log into the jobs site?
The insideARM job board has a separate login. If you have not already created an account, then access the jobseeker or employer account set upand then click 'Register Now'.
Once you have logged into your employer account (see above), you must then select a pricing plan. You have the option of posting a single job or selecting one of four available options. You can go back to monitor your current job posting or add new ones in the job manager section.
How do I search for candidate resumes?
Log into your employer account and select 'Search Resumes'. Filter your query using the various list boxes and then click the submit button to view the results.
How do I make my company's name public or private in the listing?
Log into your employer account and towards the bottom of the page select 'Update Profile'. Scroll down to the 'Employer Profile' section and in front of 'Company Name:' select 'Show' or 'Confidential' to make it private. Please note that if you have multiple listings under one account, then they all must either be public or private. If you would like to make some public and some private, then your best option is to simply create a separate employer account.
How do I post a debt portfolio?
Visit the 'Submit a Dept Portfolio' page. Generally debt portfolios are accessed in the Classifieds section from the 'How to Post Listings' link. Complete all the required information and then click the 'Preview Portfolio' button at the bottom. Once you have confirmed, you will be asked to provide your credit card information to complete the transaction. Please note that you must be registered as a Preferred Member (free) in order to post a debt portfolio or classified ad.
