West Corporation announced it completed the acquisition of Omnium Worldwide, Inc., a provider of revenue cycle management solutions, on May 4, 2007. The acquisition was announced on April 18, 2007.

West, one of the largest providers of call center and communication services in the world – and an increasingly major player in the ARM industry – said in a conference call in April that the purchase price for Omnium will be around $150 million.
