Chase Auto Finance presented URS with their Agency of the Year award. In addition, Capital One recognized URS's superior efforts in early stage collections performance, awarding the firm Agency of the Year in that particular category.

Mr. Jim Kelleher, president of United Recovery Systems, LP emphasized that when creditors clearly identify their goals and allow the agency enough flexibility to maximize the benefit of their technology and resources that it’s a win/win situation.
