At the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys' (NARCA) Spring conference in Boston, Chris Straiter (Resource Management Services, Inc.) and Jeremy Goff (Riddle & Wood, P.C.) will explore the basic client accounting shortfalls most often identified at collection attorney firms and discuss a number of solutions that can be applied to address them. The areas for review include mail and payment processing, client trust accounting and reconciliation, remittance process, exception tracking and controls, and client communication and documentati.

This NARCA session is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2009 2:25 p.m. to 3:25 p.m.
