Transcom WorldWide S.A. Acquires German Debt Collection Agency

International CRM provider and collection specialist Transcom WorldWide S.A. announced on Tuesday that it had acquired 100% of the German debt collection agency Dr. Finsterer + Koenigs Inkasso GmbH.

According to the press release, Transcom will pay 8 million Euros ($9.65 million) for the Tonisvorst, Germany-based Finsterer + Koenigs, with a further 1 million Euros payable depending on performance.
The transaction will be funded from Transcom's existing cash and will be paid upon completion, the company noted.
