Shasta County Signs On With MSB for Court Collections

Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce they have entered a collections outsourcing agreement with Shasta County in California. Shasta County has selected MSB to collect on their delinquent court fines and fees for both traffic and criminal accounts.

“With our state contract through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), our California clients continue to show excellent recovery rates,” said Patrick J. Swanick, CEO of MSB.
