RevQ Launches Revenue Results 5.0 Delivers for Government Collections

RevQ, the premier provider of compliance, collections and revenue recovery technologies for state, county and city governments, today announced the release of Revenue Results 5.0.  Developed exclusively for courts, taxation and other government entities, the latest version of RevQ’s debt collection software offers new features and enhancements for effective revenue collections.

New features for Revenue Results 5.0 include:

• Web Services:  Enables real-time data import from the accounts receivable or case management system(s) into Revenue Results.  This provides instant payment and adjustment activity updates allowing collection actions to be taken immediately.
  

• Enhanced Debtor/Account Workflow:  Expanded options for Users to initiate Next Step and Next Work Date, determine action(s) where a Payment Plan exists, and User defined events that expedite moving accounts quickly and effortlessly from beginning to end of the collection lifecycle.
  

• Debtor Statements:  Ability to create Debtor Statement templates that can include one or many accounts (cases).  Statements can be requested individually, en mass, and/or automated within the system scheduler.
  

• Reporting:  More robust reporting options that allow the User to zero in on the exact data desired with just a few mouse clicks.  Custom Report capability now offered to SaaS (hosted) clients.
  

Revenue Results 5.0 also features many updates for improved usability of workflow, correspondence, payment plans and reports. California clients can also benefit from the FTB/COD Update to meet new FTB requirements that go into effect in October 2008.
