PSC Info Group’s SAS 70 audit considered a broad number of business processes including internal procedures, corporate ethics and defined workplace codes; internal monitoring, quality assurance and oversight; data security and integrity; physical security; design, development and change cycles for hardware and software systems; and records maintenance.

"The successful completion of the SAS 70 Type II audit distinguishes PSC Info Group as a market leader and affirms our mission to deliver high quality, secure data management processes and services in a safe, reliable environment," said Joe Greco, the company’s CEO. "In today's global economy, service providers must demonstrate that they have the highest levels of 24/7/365 security monitoring, management, response and controls when they host or process data belonging to their clients. This is particularly true of companies working to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. We are extremely pleased to confirm our clients’ trust in PSC Info Group by the successful completion of this stringent audit."

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 requires publicly held companies to submit proof that their service providers have measures in place to ensure a secure and stable environment for their data. A SAS 70 Type II Service Auditor's Report, conducted under guidelines established by AICPA, provides that proof.

PSC Info Group engaged Interactive Solutions, LLC to perform the audit.
